5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take appropriate action. Enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to:
- Warning: A written notice identifying the violation and requesting immediate cessation of the prohibited activity.
- Content Removal: Removal or disabling of content that violates this AUP without prior notice.
- Temporary Suspension: Suspension of access to all or part of our Services while an investigation is conducted.
- Account Termination: Permanent termination of your account and access to our Services for serious or repeated violations.
- Legal Action: Pursuit of civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.
The severity of enforcement action will be proportional to the nature and severity of the violation. Serious violations (such as illegal content, security breaches, or activities that threaten the safety of others) may result in immediate termination without prior warning.
