CCPA Notice

This California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") Notice supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Harbour Networking LLC and applies solely to residents of the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). This notice is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA").

1. Scope and Applicability

This notice applies to California residents who interact with our Services at harbournetworking.com. Under the CCPA, "personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. This notice does not apply to publicly available information from government records, de-identified or aggregated consumer information, or information excluded from the CCPA's scope.

  • Internet or Network Activity: Browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with our website, applications, or advertisements.
  • Geolocation Data: Approximate physical location derived from IP address.
  • Professional or Employment Information: Current or past job history, company name, role, and professional qualifications.
  • Inferences: Inferences drawn from the above categories to create a profile reflecting your preferences, characteristics, behavior, and aptitudes.
  • Sensitive Personal Information: Account login credentials (username and password combinations).

3. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information from the following categories of sources:

  • Directly from you when you provide information through forms, account registration, or communications.
  • Automatically from your devices when you browse or interact with our Services.
  • From third-party sources including analytics providers, advertising networks, and business partners.
  • From publicly available sources such as public databases and social media platforms.

4. Business and Commercial Purposes

We collect and use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:

  • Providing, personalizing, and improving our Services.
  • Processing and fulfilling transactions and orders.
  • Communicating with you about your account, orders, and our Services.

We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

6. Your Rights Under the CCPA

As a California resident, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collecting, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (such as completing a transaction, detecting security incidents, complying with legal obligations, or exercising free speech).
  • Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information or the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Note: We do not sell or share your personal information for these purposes.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to perform our Services.

7. How to Exercise Your Rights

You may submit a verifiable consumer request to exercise your rights by:

  • Emailing us at legal@harbournetworking.com with "CCPA Request" in the subject line.

  • Submitting a request through our contact form at harbournetworking.com/contact.

You may make a verifiable consumer request up to twice within a twelve-month period. We will respond to your request within 45 days. If we require additional time (up to 45 additional days), we will inform you in writing of the reason and extension period.

8. Verification Process

To protect your privacy and security, we must verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will ask you to provide information that matches the personal information we have on file. Depending on the sensitivity of the information requested, we may require additional verification steps, including written declarations under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request.

9. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. To designate an authorized agent, you must provide the agent with written, signed permission to act on your behalf, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us and confirm that you have provided the agent with permission to submit the request.

10. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services.
  • Provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services.
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate or a different level or quality of goods or services.
